About me

About me

When a person comes to see me with a concern it is my intention to help them feel better and empower them to manage their issue. This may include stress, muscular tension, pain, injury or a chronic condition.

Life is so fast and we are constantly bombarded with information and demands on the mind and body. Then we wonder why we feel drained, tense, in pain and overly emotional! It is so important to take the time to relax, unwind and focus on our own health and wellbeing. Massage therapy can be a great way of doing just that. My aim is to address your concerns and deliver effective treatments. I may use a number of techniques in each treatment to help obtain desired results.

I have studied different methods and techniques over the years. My experience in fitness centres, salons, hotels and hospitals has led me to become an accomplished massage and bodywork therapist. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and Complementary Health Professionals. I am also listed on the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council accredited register.

When I am not in my treatment room I like to chill with my partner and two rescue cats, Ella and Rocky. I love gardening, walking in the countryside, yoga and reading. I am currently studying Clinical Aromatherapy.
